Thus, we focus heavily on training and enhancing competence internal in the company. We arrange for several training sessions, held by either someone working in our back-office or by consultants currently in engagements. We will here showcase a few of our sessions. DRILLING AND WELL FIELD DEVELOPMENT COURSE - OCTOBER 2020

A two-day Field Development training session for our employees & consultants.

The training was held as a Webinar and 20+ people joined to broaden their knowledge of the Field Development Process in Drilling & Well, as well as the D&W responsibilities and activities while moving through Decision Gates (DG0 to DG3).

The course was designed to fit the interests of the younger D&W engineers and D&W engineers who have mainly been working in the Execution phase (past-DG3). Professionals from other disciplines (Geology, Geomechanics, Production, Reservoir, etc.) also joined the training to expand their knowledge of D&W role in Field Development.

Ridge’s Field Development Service framework was the foundation for the training session. We believe developing this specific competence for all our professionals will not only create value for our company, but also for our clients.
